Hi! I am Vihaan Gupta from the Cathedral and John Connon School, Mumbai - a systems-minded student leader who likes turning messy problems into simple routines that anyone can run. I lead by redesign, not spotlight: rewrite rules so more people can participate, set clear rubrics, build clean handoffs, and coach juniors until they can own the work. I recruit cross-functional teams, translate math into one-page briefs, and keep projects moving with calm, check-listed execution. Think practical over performative: if it doesn’t work without me in the room, it isn’t finished.

That photo nails my vibe: tie on, bike out front - formal rigor with street speed. I’m comfortable taking the first turn, keeping pace for the group, and explaining the plan while we’re moving. It’s the “Mike Ross of Bombay” energy: quick on the uptake, facts first, quietly relentless, and trusted to get the hard thing over the line.If you had to sum me up: I’m a pragmatic idealist who measures, simplifies, and scales — building small, durable systems that let more people do their best work.
